At Skatepark of Tampa, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Condition
Ensure all items are in brand new, resellable condition with original tags and packaging; skateboard decks must not be gripped or skated.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team via email or visit the shop in person with your order number and receipt to start the return process.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items and ship them back to our Tampa warehouse using a trackable shipping method of your choice.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
